Are you looking to Start Your Own Business but are unsure of how and where to begin? We’ve developed an 8 week evening programme for you.

Under the guidance of a specialist trainer, you will learn how to research your business idea, assess its commercial viability, pick an appropriate business structure, identify sources of funding and explore effective sales and marketing strategies. All course content has been carefully chosen to support any new product or service-led business.

This 8 week course (which runs every Tuesday evening from 6.30pm-9.30pm) takes place in Harbour View Business Centre, Dún Laoghaire and the fee is only €150 per person.

Learn the tips, tricks and methodology of the “Lean Startup” – how to create a more successful lean entrepreneurial business.

This will involve learning and testing your vision for business – test what your customers need and create a dashboard to measure progress, set goals, prioritise & plan.

This workshop is taking place from 2pm – 5pm in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Stillorgan and the fee is only €10 per person.

This ‘Perfect Pitch’ workshop helps start-ups and entrepreneurs to become more confident at telling their unique story in a simple and engaging manner.

Presented by Catherine Moonan, author of ‘The Pitch Coach’, this Start Network meeting is taking place from 6pm – 9pm in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Stillorgan.

As this event is taking place as part of Local Enterprise Week, attendance is free but places are limited so advance booking is essential.

How to improve Sales, Cashflow and Profits in your Business

If you are an Owner Manager, Managing Director or General Manager of an established small or medium firm, we invite you to join us for this practical and impactful session.

In collaboration with Management Works, this workshop is taking place in the Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan from 10.30am – 1pm. Attendance is free but places are limited so advance booking is essential.
